1. Scope of Services: Our website design service includes the creation of a custom website design, as well as development and implementation of the website on a content management system (CMS) or hosting platform. Additional services such as website maintenance, search engine optimization (SEO), and e-commerce integration may also be included upon request.

2. Design Process: The design process begins with a consultation to discuss the client's needs and goals for their website. Our team will then create a design concept and present it to the client for feedback and revisions. Once the design is approved, our team will proceed with the development and implementation of the website.

3. Content and Images: The client is responsible for providing all content and images for the website. If the client requires assistance in creating content or sourcing images, additional services can be provided at an additional cost.

4. Website Maintenance: Our team will provide a certain level of website maintenance for the duration of the agreed upon contract, this includes software updates, security patches, and backups. Additional website maintenance services can be provided at an additional cost.

5. E-commerce Integration: If e-commerce functionality is requested, additional costs may apply and the client will be responsible for setting up and maintaining their own payment gateway and merchant account.

6. Turnaround Time: The turnaround time for website design and development will vary depending on the complexity of the project. Our team will provide the client with an estimated timeline at the beginning of the project and will keep the client informed of any delays.

7. Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% is required before the start of the project, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the service .

8. Warranty: Our team will provide a 30-day warranty on the website to address any bugs or technical issues that may arise. Any changes or updates requested by the client outside of the scope of the initial project will be subject to additional charges.

9. Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this agreement, and such breach is not cured within 30 days after the non-breaching party has provided written notice thereof.

10. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where the project is based.
